CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Fee is 50% of the total appointment cost and will be enforced for cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the original appointment For any adjustments/changes to your appointment, please text Izzie at 314-684-9305 at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid incurring fees. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, talk to us and we'll work with you. After two No Shows, you will no longer be serviced at Opal Beauty + Wellness. Our No Show Fee is 100% of the total appointment cost and must be settled before booking any future appointments. After two No Shows, you will no longer be able to book with us. If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered an automatic cancellation and require rescheduling. A 50% cancellation fee will be collected before rescheduling. For the smooth operation of our schedule, we request clients arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, unless previously discussed. Our appointments are scheduled back to back, and punctuality is greatly appreciated.
